Frida Sundemo Tells Us Where To Shop In Sweden

emilytreadgold #2, Features

Frida Sundemo, asides from being a talented music artist, has a love for fashion and there’s not better source for where to shop in the up-and-coming fashion city of Stockholm, Sweden. We got an inside look at where to go to snag Frida’s style in the Scandinavian city.

Frida Sundemo’s debut record “Flashbacks & Futures” drops on October 6th and her voice is so light and delicate. In her new album she pairs it with futuristic synth pop with lots of electronic elements and driving melodies.

Frida is an enigma, she studied medicine for 3 years, she’s a vegetarian because of how it effects climate change, and can solve a Rubik’s cube in 42 seconds.

Rodebjer Store
Smålandsgatan 12, City
The wonderful clothes of Sweden’s Carin Rodebjer.

Hornstull Marknad
Bergsunds strand, Södermalm
An outdoor second hand market, just by the water, that opens every Sat-Sun from April until September. It’s usually a good mix between clothes, lamps, jewelry, old cameras, sunglasses and Stockholm’s best food trucks.

Brandstationen
Hornsgatan 54, Södermalm
The dream store of interior design lovers. Every piece here (and there are a lot of stuff) is 100% awesome.

Urban Outfitters
Regeringsgatan 57, City
Obviously not unique for Stockholm but a store I love and always return to.

Beyond Retro
Brännkyrkagatan 82, Södermalm
There are three Beyond Retro’s in Stockholm but this one is my favorite. A good range of vintage clothes.

Grandpa
Fridhemsgatan 43, Kungsholmen
A cool mix between nice clothes and really nice interior design stuff. Also have a cafe/bar/restaurant with really good food!

Röda Korsets Secondhandbutik
Hornsgatan 56, Södermalm
A good selection of vintage clothes. Less options that in an average thrift store which can be quite nice sometimes. But a little more expensive for the same reason.
