How To Prep For Coachella 2019

emilytreadgold #7, Festivals

Festival season is among us and if you’re anything like me and enjoy looking glam while enjoying good music, you’ll know that having the right attire and product is key. Check below for all our product recs as well as who we’re stoked to see! Follow Sam on her journey on Instagram but she'll be on our account all day too. So stay tuned.

Cute Clothes

Both VICI and Cocobelle have the perfect wardrobe to make sure you’re the best dressed in the dessert. Between light and breathable fabrics and stylish and comfortable sandals, you’ll never want to go to any other source ever again.

Facial Care

Sunscreen is key, but when I’m catching the small acts starting in the afternoon, I need to find the perfect setting spray. Recently, I’ve paid more attention to my product and brand and prefer to buy anything cruelty free. FACE Atelier created a setting spray that is perfect for the desert sun!

Sanitizer

I hate having to actually walk back to the bathrooms to wash my hands because I got food on them. But now that I have  Elyptol in my life, I can be safe knowing I’m clean and germ free. This product also contains natural ingredients that are great for my  skin and the environment. The best part is that I can use use Elyptol as frequently as I’d like without drying out my hands!

Hydration

Definitely pack a water bottle. This year, I’m  pretty stoked about my Santevia Recovery Stick! It activitates when you submerge it in any water bottle or glass. You just shake or stir for 30 seconds, and within within 3-5 minutes  your water will reach optimal pH and chlorine reduction . This hydrogen-rich, antioxidant water speeds muscle, skin, bone, and brain recovery.

Vitamins

Hours of the sun and loud music usually end in with a migraine, but now that I’m testing out Coachella with Migrastil this year, I’m pretty optimistic. This stick contains all-natural ingredients of peppermint, spearmint and lavender oils in a coconut oil base. If I feel a migraine coming on, I just apply a small amount to my temples, forehead and back of my neck. Seriously I have never felt more prepared in my life.

Your Playlist From Drax Project:

Drax Project hails from New Zealand, but their song “Woke Up Late” featuring Hailee Steinfield has made waves in America. They’ve opened for acts like Camilla Cabello, Lorde, and Ed Sheeran. We’re so bummed we won’t be able to see their set during weekend 1, but so excited to hear the artists they’re stoked about seeing at the dessert. Check out their playlist below:
